Google Bard là gì? Google Bard AI hay ChatGPT tốt hơn?

Xu hướng chatbot AI bắt đầu bằng ChatGPT và tiếp theo là Bing Chat của Microsoft. Google Bard (của Google.com) “tham gia cuộc chơi” chậm hơn, nhưng chưa chắc đã thua kém đối thủ.

Google Bard là gì?

Google Bard là một chatbot AI, tương tự như ChatGPT. Cũng giống như ChatGPT, Google Bard được xây dựng dựa trên một mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn có tên gọi là LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Applications) để có thể trò chuyện với người dùng và tạo ra các phản hồi bằng văn bản giống như con người.

Google Bard AI được công bố lần đầu tiên vào ngày 6/2/2023 và danh sách chờ sử dụng Bard được mở vào ngày 21/3/2023. Mình cảm thấy may mắn vì là “một trong số ít” (thực ra là nhiều) được thử nghiệm Bard đầu tiên (tuy nhiên không mấy ấn tượng, chi tiết bạn có thể xem dưới đây).

Google cho biết: “We’ve long seen the potential to make information and computing much more accessible through conversational AI. Two years ago, we unveiled LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Applications), a conversational AI model capable of fluid, multi-turn dialogue, and last year, we launched the AI Test Kitchen, a new space where people could learn about, get hands-on experience with, and provide feedback on LaMDA.

Cơ chế phản hồi của chatbot AI như Bard là kết quả của quá trình đào tạo (học máy) thông qua phân tích văn bản, có khả năng dự đoán từ tiếp theo dựa trên những gì AI đã được học. Tại thời điểm viết bài này tháng 5/2023), bạn có thể đăng ký thử nghiệm sử dụng chatbot Google Bard theo đường dẫn: bard.google.com

Cập nhật 23.5.2023: Google Bard AI có khả năng trả về kết quả tìm kiếm bao gồm hình ảnh minh họa.

Dưới đây là trải nghiệm sử dụng của mình sau khi được Google cấp phép sử dụng chatbot Bard.

Sử dụng Google Bard AI

Giao diện người dùng của Bard rất “Google”với nhiều góc bo tròn, điểm nhấn tông màu pastel và các biểu tượng đơn giản. Về cơ bản cũng giống như ChatGPT: có một hộp thoại để nhập văn bản yêu cầu Google Bard trả lời.

Bạn cũng có thể tương tác với chatbot Google Bard bằng giọng nói.

• Hỗ trợ tiếng Anh, Nhật và Hàn Quốc

Cập nhật tháng 5/2023: Google Bard hiện tại hỗ trợ 03 ngôn ngữ đó là English, Japanese, và Korean.

Phiên bản Google Bard mình đang sử dụng mới chỉ hỗ trợ bằng tiếng Anh, khi mình gõ văn tiếng Việt thì Bard cho biết: “I’m still learning languages, so at the moment I can’t help you with this request. So far I’ve only been trained to understand the languages listed in the Bard Help Center.”

• Nhiều đáp án khác nhau

Giống như Bing Chat, Google Bard cũng một câu trả lời tốt nhất, nhưng kèm theo 2 phiên bản câu trả lời khác nữa cho cùng một câu hỏi.

Người dùng có thể xếp hạng (like/dislike) câu trả lời của chatbot Bard.

• Tìm kiếm Google cùng Bard

Nếu bạn cần tìm thêm thông tin về câu trả lời của ChatBot Bard, bạn có thể click vào nút “Google it”, ngay lập giao diện tìm kiếm Google quen thuộc sẽ xuất hiện bên dưới câu trả lời của chatbot Bard.

Khi mình click vào biểu tượng tìm kiếm (2) thì một cửa sổ tìm kiếm tự động mở ra (tab trình duyệt khác):

• Tạo câu trả lời mới

Bên cạnh nút Google it, mình có thể lựa chọn yêu cầu chatbot Bard đưa ra một câu trả lời mới (khác với câu trả lời mình đã nhận được).

• Lịch sử trò chuyện với Google Bard

Toàn bộ nội dung tương tác với Bard được tự động lưu lại, tuy nhiên, không giống như ChatGPT. Để truy cập lại người dùng chỉ cần click vào bút Bard Activity ở góc trên bên trái giao diện sử dụng (như hình dưới đây), hoặc truy cập theo đường dẫn: https://myactivity.google.com/product/bard

Sau khi truy cập, bạn có thể lựa chọn xóa hoặc không xóa lịch sử trò chuyện này.

• Trích dẫn nguồn tham khảo

Hầu hết trong các cuộc đối thoại thì Google Bard đều không cho biết nguồn tham khảo (lấy thông tin đó ở đâu). Chỉ trừ một số câu hỏi về địa lý, khoa học cơ bản… thì mình thấy Google Bard có dẫn nguồn và hầu hết là dẫn nguồn từ https://en.wikipedia.org/

Đăng ký tài khoản Google Bard AI

Ở thời điểm mình cập nhật bài viết này (03/4/2023), Google Bard AI chưa cung cấp dịch vụ trả phí chính thức như ChatGPT Plus. Để đăng ký sử dụng (thử nghiệm) chatbot Google Bard AI bạn cần phải đăng ký tham gia danh sách chờ, sau đó chờ đợi thông báo cho phép sử dụng từ Google.

Hiện tại Google Bard AI mới chỉ hỗ trợ cho ngôn ngữ tiếng Anh (US, UK). Do đó, bạn cần đổi địa chỉ IP sang các quốc gia này nếu muốn được thử nghiệm sớm.

So sánh Google Bard với ChatGPT/Bing Chat

Mình thấy rằng giao diện sử dụng của chatbot Google Bard dễ sử dụng hơn so với ChatGPT và Bing Chat. Tuy nhiên, hiện tại thì Google Bard không có nhiều tính năng như Bing Chat. Có thể tạm thời kết luận Bard là một chatbot AI khá tốt, nhưng không phải là một chatbot đặc biệt tốt khi so sánh với ChatGPT/Bing Chat.

Googel Bard lặp lại sai lầm của ChatGPT

Trong bài viết về ChatGPT là gì, mình có chia sẻ liên kết đến một danh sách các thử nghiệm ấn tượng và thất vọng về khả năng của ChatGPT do nhiều người dùng trên thế giới phản hồi.

• Cả Google Bard và ChatGPT đều gặp lỗi như nhau.
• ChatGPT thông minh hơn Bard (trong thử nghiệm này)
• Google Bard được đào tạo “kỷ luật hơn” (sẵn sàng nhận sai hay nói cách khác hơi nhút nhát một chút so với ChatGPT)

Hướng dẫn đăng ký tham gia trải nghiệm tính năng mới của Google Search

Google bắt đầu cho phép người dùng thử nghiệm công cụ tìm kiếm mới với “kết quả tìm kiếm có sự hỗ trợ của AI”.
